To do:

Add Bootstrap to website to enable Bootstrap components and CSS.

Notes:

• Medium Priority
• General colors for fonts, element/section backgrounds, as well as sidebars/navigation will be defined early. Any changes will be addressed in any future sprints as more content is added and the website undergoes changes.
• Included in initial sprint in order to set up color scheme that will: 1) allow users to clearly differentiate between elements and 2) avoid any issues regarding accessibility re color contrast.

Branch name: color-contrast

Added basic colors to page: gunmetal for text and off-white for background color. Buttons were also styled.

We can play around with color schemes but without having the rest of the content filled out, it might take some iterations before something sticks.
