- added web-analytics-opt-out.js and privacy-policy.html and linked them to index.html
- there is a pop-up on index html that notifies users that the hiking website uses cookies for web analytics, however this pop up does NOT give users the option to opt out at this time.
- The privacy policy is linked in the footer of the index.html file It describes how cookies are used for Google Analytics and give instructions for disabling them

This User Story has been added to the Sprint because it must be completed prior to using Google Analytics to track and analyze user behavior. In conjunction with GDPR rules for the EU and best practices for protecting user privacy, the hiking website will explain what data is being collected and shared for web analytics and give users the opportunity to decide whether they would like to participate. We want to learn from our users as early in the product life as possible, so it is a high priority to complete this prerequisite to connecting our site with Google Analytics.
