User Story: Search by user ratings

URL: As a hiker, I want to be able to search locations by user rating so I know what trails other people enjoy

Size: Medium

This user story was included to the sprint because we want our site to meet users' needs-- Providing different ways to search through data is one way we can provide value to people.

I think its a top priority and relatively easy to complete-- would be a quick win.

I added the HTML, CSS and JS code-- for users to have the option to rate their experience on a particular trail on a five star system.
