Aha, this is just because that "Home" is an archived snapshot of a previous arrangement of the Home room (now called the Lobby) - the files in the folder determine which objects are available for instantiation in a particular room so it's normal for there to be duplicate files.

I'll just delete the whole ObjectArchive as soon as I'm sure I've rescued anything worthwhile in there : )
