I’ve downloaded the tool and I’ve used it to verify some manually calculated PGS, not getting the same result, so I’m trying to figure out what is different. Could you tell me how are the PGS calculated within the tool? Is it done as the sum of the weighted effect allele dosages? What are the criteria to include variants in the calculation?
