"Open terminal here" not available in Navigator view #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Navigator View
2. Right click mouse
3. Menu item not available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
THe menu item "Open terminal here". Instead: nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tha latest. Mac OS X Lion.

Please provide any additional information below.

Where in the navigator are you right-clicking? are you selecting a file or 
folder?
