Why not a test platform #59

Im finding it quite difficult to code, then upload to Pi, then test, find out 
it didn't work, and do it all over again. Could there be an emulator of some 
kind?

I know there a Virtual GPIO driver, to simulate GPIO, but it's hard to provide 
something for all WebIOPi stuff.
May be a day, but not soon.
