Allow cross-sim timetables #48

If you are building a massive beast for e.g. Wolves, Saltley and BNS, it would be much easier to build one giant timetable and then export it to each simulation separately.

Could probably have a filter checkbox and if ticked, will filter the data when exporting to only include locations specified in the template file for the currently selected simulation.

You will have to work out the entrance locations on the chaining sims then and ad them to the export. Most often it is the tiploc with just a 'E' added in front of it, but this is not always the case. Would be very handy for the south Wales sims TT I'm trying to write though!.

Yeah, I guess the tricky part is that an exit location is rendered as a normal tiploc code whereas the same location as an entry location will be different so somehow we would need to know e.g. both EDST and STAFTVJ against the same row.
