Implement seed groups #53

There is a method stub for this but haven't done it yet. We would also need an optional row in the timetables to allow the group to be specified. Need to check the format of the seed group ids, which I think are GUIDs, but we can allow ints in the spreadsheet like for train types and then create guids on import, keeping the sheetid so we can link up any further imported timetables..

While you are there, allow specifying seeding gap in the Seeds row e.g. S194(50)
