By design GCI flights should spawn on the closest airport to the intruder right? Sometimes they don't.

Yeah I noticed this bug too. Somehow the script doesn't find a close airbase and spawns them at a random one. I still need to figure out why this is happening. I'll have a look at it in the next days.
