Seemingly random despawn of CAPs #7

Sometimes CAP units disappear. This most likely is not a deletion of the unit by GCICAP itself since it only removes whole groups.

I also noticed that the entry in the flights table is still there which would've been removed by GCICAP itself just before the removal of a group.

This is a showstopper and delays a stable release.
