LSP8 changes for tokenId type and `LSP8ReferenceContract` data key + Add Prettier configs #232

What does this PR introduce?

add prettier to prettify Markdown files of specs.

⚠️ BREAKING CHANGES

change the order of the tokenId type to the following table below. TokenId type now starts at 0.

change the ERC725Y data key from LSP8ReferenceFrom to LSP8ReferenceContract + improve description in specs.
