allow to select different token id types for LSP8
removed fixed gas options that caused web3 errors
upgraded lsp package to 0.12.0
since tokenIdType is now part of lsp factory deploy function extra setData tx was removed
validate token id type while minting token
pad token id value while minting

Note: due to issue in erc725js string and unique id types are not working atm

Merging as there is bunch of useful changes but still asset creation will require some changes with after SC upgrade.
