Correct Bouillon citation year from 2001 to 2004 in index.html and view.html

Assuming you're referring to the reference below, I believe the correct citation year would be 2004 and not 2001. At least, I couldn't find any relevant paper in 2001, and this one seems to have the info you mentioned.

P.S. Is there a references page some where with all the citations in a list? I have been printing some of your references for my residents, and I couldn't find a master works cited page which would make it a little easier to find the relevant article. Maybe I'm just missing it?

In addition, I agree with your suggestion. There needs to be a reference list for the documentation. I will add it to the next update of the simtiva manual. I think the manual is a better place to display the references in an organized way. I wish to keep the main app as compact as possible.
