Details

Every single request returns a CF-Cache-Status: Dynamic

Reproducing the Problem

Make an HTTP(s) request to the API

Further Detail

Just add a page rule to the /download route on cloudflare, anything there is a static asset that cloudflare can cache and take load off the origin server.

I've submitted a PR to fix this but it's gone stale
