Add g0blin support #11

I forgot to add g0blin support in my previous commits. I also edited the readme.

Note: there are some issues with the Electra jailbreak. By default, Electra does not give read access to /private/var/MobileDevice/ProvisioningProfiles. To get this to work, I had to modify the Electra source code and add this directory as an exception. Once the jailbreak is fully released, this should no longer be an issue.

For some reason, the app works fine on the first launch, but won't open again on my device (iPhone 6s 11.0.3, Electra beta 9) after that until the device is rebooted. I suspect this is something to do with how jailbreakd works. This does not happen on my friend's 6s 10.3.3 (g0blin RC1), so it's probably not the app's fault.

I've included an updated .deb file with my changes.
