I've added Saigon support, updated the version number, changed the makefile to compile for arm64 and added instructions to get the app reliably working.

No problem! I'd wait until the release candidate of Electra (containing Cydia/APT/dpkg for iOS 11) is released (should be within the next few days) before submitting to bigboss. There might be some changes to the postinst file needed (not sure if Electra will require this or not).
