Adding and Using MDX on the wiki theme breaks the template #12

When converting your index page to mdx several things break on the default wiki layout.vto:

toc and footnotes are extracted from markdown, using the plugins from that only works for markdown-it .

Hey this follows up a help thread on the lume discord.

Thank you so much for helping. I've really wanted to use Deno for something large and I think I've found just the thing, fresh never excited me as much as lume. I'm excited to finally build.
