dynamic reordering of rendering order of facets #69

Currently the facets in lumen are drawn in a particular, fixed order. It would be useful to be able to change that drawing order dynamcially. (Requested by @jong42 ). To solve this issue:

[ ] identify a good UI to allow the change of drawing order
[ ] make it respect the order (ViewTable.js)
