Global Attributions Bulk Remove feature #3

It's easy to both add and overwrite Global Attributions to every page of a book in wp-admin/options-general.php?page=candela-citation but there's no option to also remove all of these Global attributions from every page.

Thanks for the feedback on that! For our purposes, a "remove all" feature, while convenient, is also something we are hesitant to implement. However, if we can implement it in the right way, so as to provide the convenience but not make it too easy to accidentally remove all attributions, we're open to exploring that. As I have time, I'll look into this, and I'm open to any suggestions you might have. Cheers!
