This branch has been rebased to wp_upgrade_4_4 and was checked out from the branch with the navigation options (course title, search buttons, edit button, etc.), so is functional despite not having options to hide title or logo yet. It makes sense to me to go ahead and pull it in now so, then improve upon it as needed.
