fix z-index issue for admin and logout buttons for candela advanced t… #45

This branch is the one that ACTUALLY fixes the z-index issue. The other branch with an underscore (zindex_fix) should be removed because I made the edits in the pressbook file itself. It fixed the problem, but if pressbook has an update, the fix will be overwritten.
