catalog sidebar background color doesn't grow? #67

On catalogs with lots of tags, background color doesn't seem to grow. May be related to to the following style: https://courses.candelalearning.com/wp-content/plugins/pressbooks/assets/css/style-catalog.css

I'd like to make sure this is still on the radar...it causes a lot of confusion and is probably a quick CSS fix.
