Enables the retention of single-level module structure from IMSCC as part/chapter structure after import, which will save a bunch of time recreating structure after importing content.
When the user imports an IMSCC, the import page lets the user identify each item as a chapter or part, with the modules automatically marked as parts. Anything marked as a part is imported as such, and any pages in the list following that part are added as children chapters of that part, up until the next item designated as a part.
