Refactor macro code #116

Some pretty basic refactoring of the macro code.

Oh, the block-fixup job relies on the default branch being named master. Hrm.

I've restored the master branch but not made it the default branch. There is a bug report about this issue at https://github.com/13rac1/block-fixup-merge-action/issues/2, not sure how easy it is to fix.
