Add wsdl parser and wsdl generator.

Tasks that I put in separate issues because this PR is big:

Take the shared code to a separate library (there is a bit of duplicated code now).
Add a common mechanism for reading files (Now copied from xsd-parser) and storing original text and xml trees
Add integration tests. It is necessary to confirm that this result can be locked by tests and we need commonplace for integration tests
