Speed is Too Slow or Too Fast #17

Speed 19 is too slow and speed 20 is too fast for my reading spead. It's honestly unusable for me which is too bad cause it is otherwise a great plugin.

This seems like a duplicate of #6, and my suggestion for both would be to simply make the scale go from 1 to 100, giving the user finer control.
