request: decimals in scroll speed #6

Sometimes the right speed for me lies between integers, but adding a decimal place to the speed doesn't seem to cause expected behaviour. Maybe it just rounds down to the base integer, but it seems to maybe scroll even slower (not positive, just quick impression).

PS Thanks for this plugin--I love it--it's a life-saver.

Enhancing precision of the speed control does sound like a good idea. I'll see what can be done about it.

I think the simplest answer to this issue as well as #17 would be to just make the scale go from 1 to 100 instead of 1 to 50. Finer control is all that's required for both issues.
