ALL: Amend fb2pub converter to tolerate common fb2 format errors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a fb2 book
2.The book aren't converted to epub

Could this problem be due to program fb2toepub?

I've uploaded three books only the Oliver Twist is converted to epub without 
problem
