Mention actual value instead of just „default” on PRS+ Settings screens #245

On quite a few PRS+ configuration screens (I currently test on PRS-650 but the
same was on PRS-600), things have by default the value „default” (as I
understand it means „use whatever unchanged device uses”). While it is
sensible, it gives no information what is the default value.

It would be great if I knew what is the default while changing those. Simple
solution would be to change the label of appropriate options from ”default”
to „default (…here what is this default…)”. Alternatively the
„default” option could be dropped, and text ”(device default)” added to
the appropriate value.

Some examples:

a) while remapping keys (Key Bindings) it would be great to know what the key I
remap does (before the change) - to avoid dropping sth. important by accident

b) while editing text scales (LRF Text Scale) it would be great to know what
the default scales are (I know that I wan't to increase S slightly, I have no
clue what is it's current size so I do not know what to set)

c) while editing the menu (Menu Customizer) it would be great to know what
given slot used to contain before I owverwrite it

That's of course enhancement suggestion, not defect.

Enhancement suggestions should go into FR thread.
Regarding this particular request, problem with "default" values is that they
are model specific (and even for a particular model it might depend on the
settings), which makes it rather hard to implement.
