PRS-505, the pages left to the next chapter on the last chapter aren't shown

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select value chapter on statusbar-pageindex
2.The pages left to the next chapter are shown togheter with the pages of the 
book
3.On the last chapter the pages left aren't shown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
They should be shown the pages left on the last chapter the same way that the 
before chapters.

That is intentional, and is actually why the option is called "pages to next 
chapter" and not "pages left in chapter" (or something similar). Showing the 
counter now would imply there is a next chapter, which there isn't if you're in 
the last chapter.

Another reason for not switching to "pages left" for the last chapter is that 
many books don't have a proper ToC, which causes the counter to show an 
incorrect number.
