problems after conversion to epub #276

prs 600, latest prs+ rc

Polish fonts don`t work on .rtf and .epub files by default. While using files 
converted like this:
.rtf --> .pdf --> .epub OR .rtf --> .epub (all the .rtf are frome one and the 
same source, converting with callibre)
some books have just cover, and if i try to view them, the reader stops working 
and it hard-reboots itself.

RTF is using single byte encoding (so setting correct encoding when converting 
it is vital) and RTF support in stock firmware is rather buggy.

Could you send sample epub that you have problem with?
