[2.1] Empty in Meny Customizer is buggy

Your model / PRS+ version?
PRS 650 / Nightly 833

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just select Empty in the available slots

2. The behaviour is quite erratic:

2.1. Sometimes you get an "Empty" Icon. (I suppose this is the intended 
behaviour)
2.2. Sometimes you get the icon you had before selecting "Empty". (As example I 
have "default" in slot 5 and whenever I change to "Empty" I still get "More" 
function in this slot.
2.3. Sometimes when you get 2.2. clicking on that "ghost" function does 
activate it. BUT when you try to return through back button in upper left 
corner, you go to "More" list instead of Home screen. And you cannot leave this 
"More" list, neither through its back button nor the physical Home Button. You 
must reboot.
2.4. (Usually after 2.2/2.3./reboot) you get the original Sony firmware buttons 
in this "Empty" slots.

I think this has been fixed with the latest revision.  It turns out the issue 
was placing Empty in the 5th slot. (It worked fine in the 3rd and 4th slots, 
unless changes I had made to fix another issue made these slots work, too.)  I 
have tested it on my 650 and it works fine, now!
