Two small bugs in Parent Items in ToC #295

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
Your model / PRS+ version?
PRS 650 / Nightly 002

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Parent Items in ToC
2. In this Parent Items you see "PAGE n" instead of "Page n" you see in the
rest of child items.
3. And this n is wrong by -1. When you jump to that entry you'll be in n+1 page.

The capital letters happen if your build is compiled with an out-of-date
language file, in which the required string is missing.

Page number fixed in revision defb9fb5b4.

How do I update the language file? Could you help me?

I just use Tortoise Hg to get the code, then I edit prsp.properties, then I run
ant. (I mean, I'm nearly a coding-illiterate so I just follow wiki
instructions, I didn't know I had to update any other file).

Thanks in advance.

Just go to
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?authkey=CO6SouMG&key=0AufxN4h6tPngdDZXOW
J2dC16VzRKWkMzMTlhWWI3Y0E&hl=en&authkey=CO6SouMG#gid=0 and save the file as an
OpenOffice file. Then copy it into the script\core\lang folder. This file
only gets updated in the repository occasionally but the online one gets
modified far more frequently.

Sorry, I meant to include that link before, but forgot.

Thanks. It worked like a charm. PRS+ updated to latest build AND all the ugly
default flags removed...

Just one question. Is the link to lang.ods permanent? Or does it change? (I
mean, can I bookmark it in Firefox? or am I wasting time?)

(OTOH, now that I know about lang.ods, I'll sometimes read the Spanish section.
If I find something strange I'll tell you).

The link is permanent, so you can bookmark it. Usually, we update the lang.ods
in the repository about once a week.

If you like, you can ask kartu for edit rights to contribute translations
(though I guess Spanish is already covered).
