PRS+ Settings Menu alphabetically sorted #296

Just the summary. This sorting is illogical, when you change language, you get 
a different order and it can be a PITA for debugging or if you just make a 
mistake.

More over, PRS+ Settings submenus aren't alphabetically sorted but have a fixed 
order which is the logical option IMO.

Sorting was added by request (VictorSJG), but a more structured Settings-Menu 
is on the extended ToDo-List
