user with 250 LRF books in a single folder on SD card. Time to navigate to that 
folder:

2.0.18 - 2-3 sec
2.1.01 - 15-20 sec

I kind of assumed this would be due to my adding node.construct() in 
core__media, but removing it doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm seeing 
about 6s delay on a folder on SD with about 200 lrf's (2-3s via mount), and the 
delay stays the same with the construct line removed. So not sure what could be 
causing this.

What was the reason to call construct on media nodes, by the way?
Comment to core merely states that it is done, but doesn't reveal, why.
