[2.1] Multipage action ramdomly triggered by press (tap without release) in the screen #317

Your model / PRS+ version?
PRS-650 / Nightly R036

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I have all new tap action feature disabled (tap actions all set to "By 
default"). Bookmarking tap disabling is also enabled. More over I have all 
swipes disabled. So the only active touch screen action I should have is 
dictionary calling/selection through double tap.

2. As the Summary says I've randomly noticed strange multipage turns.

3. After several tests I've narrowed it down to tap and hold actions on the 
screen borders (at least). But it seems randomly triggered. I'll try to make 
further tests.

True, but I don't see a need to add code for this. The 'regular' swipes are 
disabled by the option you mention, which is what matters (IMO). I doubt people 
will accidentally swipe and hold when they intend to tap.
