[2.1] Strange "Failed to save" message when saving drawings

Your model / PRS+ version?
PRS-650 / Nightly R.036

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a drawing and save (Done, New or Exit&Save)

2. I get a strange popup message saying "Saving to internal memory. Failed to 
save"

3. Nevertheless the drawing is correctly saved and stored.

4. Dumb guess: I don't have any of the new "drawings to JPG/SVG" options 
enabled but "Show saving process" is enabled, so maybe you forgot to filter out 
this situation from the Failed to save message?

5. (In safe-mode, Sony software doesn't show any kind of message while saving).
