PRS 650: Touchscreen / Disable All Swipes leaves some swipes activated #341

Your model / PRS+ version?
PRS-650 / Current 2.1.alpha

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Clean install
1. Enable PRS+/Touchscreen/Disable All Swipes
2. Open a book
3. Perform a swipe from right to left and hold your finger / the stylus there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Nothing happens
Reality: If the finger is lifted after performing the gesture, nothing happens. 
Elsewhile after ~1-2s the pages start turning.

That's "hold" event (triggers fast paging), not "swipe" event, or am I missing 
something?

In fact it seems to be "swipe +hold" event so I think it should still be 
disabled when all swipes are disabled. at least there should be some option to 
disable this event since it has often lead to unwanted page turns for me :)
