[enhancement] smooth page turn #348

PRS 350 / 2.1.01a

I would like the page turning to be more fluid (as an option) so instead of 
refreshing the whole screen at once, make a refresh "wall" moving the direction 
that your finger swiped for more of a "tablet" feel.

This shouldn't waste battery because the same amount of screen is refreshed, 
but it is sequenced differently. (ex. 1+1+1+1=4 and 2+2=4 ... same battery 
usage)

BTW hardly unlikely to be implemented, as a e-ink reader is a e-ink reader, not 
a tablet.

Enhancement-issues are strictly limited to developers.
