Navigation Slower After Inserting SD Card #355

PRS-600 / 2.1.01 alpha

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert SD card (blank or with books)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Menu navigation is ~2-3x slower.
I reformatted the card with memory management but it did not help.
