[Suggestion] Whitelist/Blacklist Dimensions #43

I'm trying to leave the overworld relatively peaceful and create a very challenging dimension, where this mod would be active. Would love the ability to whitelist or blacklist dimensions this mod is active in.

I am having the issue where when the bloodmoon starts the easiest way to nullify it is to go into another dimension. Would be great if there was an option to either turn it on for all dimensions or disable portals during a bloodmoon.
