I've been a fan of HCD for a while and I've noticed a couple of things. 1. Many people never bother with most config files so packs with HCD are usually in mode 0. 2. Youtubers aren't fans of mode 0. IRL, a full moon on a clear night is pretty bright, you should be able to see something. I think HCL would get more play by saving the hardest hardcore for the config.
