Suggestion - Quartz divining rod #412

Hello! I'd like to see and be able to use a Quartz divining rod. There's already black quartz for actually additions, but I'd like to see the normal one, too!

I want this as well. Many modpacks require a lot of quartz early game for Simple Storage Networks.
