Time in a bottle #477

When using the Time in a bottle, I've noticed tile entities are moving when looking at them. I can make a quick video showing it if needed.

Minecraft 1.12.2 RandomThings-MC1.12.2-4.2.7.3 Forge 14.23.5.2847

Dupe of https://github.com/lumien231/Random-Things/issues/425

thelapisfox commented 4 years ago

While this might be a dupe, I am experiencing the same exact issue on 4.2.7.4. According to #425 this was suppose to have been fixed in 4.2.7.4.

4.2.7.4 didn't fix time in a bottle tho

TH3GOD88 commented 4 years ago

It's not a dupe as they said they are using Astral and I wasn't, I actually removed astral as I don't use it in the mod pack I was playing.

I've also noticed that it doesn't matter what you tick accelerate with TIAB(i.e. bonsai trees, thermal machines, mekanism machines, vanilla furnace and hopper, etc) the drift will always occur. This does not occur with the acceleration wand so it's not an acceleration issue.

Same issue here running Forge 14.23.5.2847 but RandomThings-MC1.12.2-4.2.7.4 - This issue was apparently supposed to be fixed in 4.2.7.4 and while it seems to have been with the Spectre Illuminator it strangely has not with Time in a bottle.

Would like to bump this, was playing E2E Skyblock (which has RandomThings-MC1.12.2-4.2.7.4) and noticed this whenever I time-in-a-bottle'ed a block. Further testing showed that it only happens when the accelerated block is in my field of vision, so it must be something to do with the animation. As thelapisfox said, it happens when ANY block is accelerated w/time in a bottle, even blocks that have no actual time-based function like crafting tables or chests.
