Small bug: if run Theme at the _first_ time after !fresh! install 'All desktop settings' is closed #529

Small bug: if run Theme at the first time after !fresh! install 'All desktop settings' is closed.

How to reproduce:

  1. !Fresh! install TrueOS from usb stick. In my case I am selected in Installer the Russian language.
  2. Click on Desktop: Preferences / All desktop settings / Theme
  3. After that first run Theme previous window 'All desktop settings' is force closed. Press Close in Theme window.
  4. Run 'All desktop settings' / Theme again. Now is all OK with Theme starting and the prefious window 'All desktop settings' is in backplane. And at next runs of Theme all will be OK.

Thanks for the report. I'll be doing a fresh install in a few days so I can check into this.
