Default Theme for Lumina #769

We created a custom theme for Project Trident but never brought that into Lumina itself, instead opting for the default theme. Finally decided to pull in the downstream theme of Project Trident into Lumina.

Maybe related minor issue: I noticed that on the upgrade to 1.6.2, window theme reverted to what looks like "bloe" again. Was able to correct it via the settings menu by changing it from Meta to something else and back to Meta. wrong-window-theme
