• Tomofun Preference: Show in all tenants ----- 2024/4/30 Update
• Create VAT & Duty Landed Cost: Only in TW tenant (Hide in other tenants)

  Maintain VAT rate & Target Tenant

• Add "Customized Landed Cost" Section
  • Add "VAT Rate (%)" column: decimal(10,2)
  • Add "Target Tenant" column: dropdown {"TW", "US", "JP", "EU"}

📍 Shipment

1. Estimate Cost

  • *1: Users will maintain Freight Cost per Unit (USD) AttributeFREIGHT manually
  • *2: AttributeDUTYXX decided by Left(SOShipment.AttributeINVOICENO, 2)
  • Ex: Tomofun Shipment No. AttributeINVOICENO = CA-MN31203-1350, then use InventoryItem.AttributeDUTYCA
  • *3: If ShipmentType = Transfer, get Vendor PO Order from SOOrder > Line Details (Rel. #39)
  • *4: Country.VATRate decided by Left(SOShipment.AttributeINVOICENO, 2)
  • Ex: Tomofun Shipment No. AttributeINVOICENO = CA-MN31203-1350, then use Country.VATRate of CA's

    2. Create VAT & Duty Landed Cost

• Add "Create VAT & Duty Landed Cost" button in Process section
  • If SOShipment.Status = H (On Hold), then disable this button
  • Create landed cost
  • Create in the corresponding tenant
    • Decided by Country.TargetTenant
  • Document
    • Vendor: Landed cost vendor set in Tomofun Preference
    • Vendor Ref.: Shipment.AttributeINVOICENO
    • Status: On-Hold
  • Landed Cost tab
    • Add VAT line
    • Landed Cost Code: VAT
    • Amount: Shipment.AttributeESTVAT
    • LCAccrualSub: 000-Left(SOShipment.AttributeINVOICENO, 2) ----- 2024/4/16 Update
    • Add Duty line
    • Landed Cost Code: Duty
    • Amount: Shipment.AttributeESTDUTY
    • LCAccrualSub: 000-Left(SOShipment.AttributeINVOICENO, 2) ----- 2024/4/16 Update
  • Details tab
    • Add PO Receipt (Rel. #39 )
    • If ShipmentType = Shipment
      • Foreign PO Order > PO Receipt
    • If ShipmentType = Transfer
      • Shipment > related Transfer Receipt
• Batch Process
  • Add "Create VAT & Duty Landed Cost" option in Process Shipment (SO503000)
  • List out all Shipments that SOShipment.Status != H (On Hold)

• Add VAT & Duty Vendor
  • Check "Landed Cost Vendor"

    3. Chart of Accounts

• Add 25010001 - Landed Cost Accrual (VAT) & 25010002 - Landed Cost Accrual (Duty)
  • Type: Liability
  • Account Class: OTHLTLIABS
  • Consolidation Account: 25010000

    4. Landed Cost Code

• Add "VAT": Accrual account 25010001
• Add "Duty": Accrual account 25010002

Remark

• 上線前 PRD 的 UDF & Attribute 要先設好

4. LCAccrualSub is incorrect (Should be 000-US for TSH240031, and 000-AU for TSH240032)
