[feature] Group settings/options into 'Appearance' & 'Behavior' #30

Internal Issue #13

Currently the settings are all lumped in together & get sorted alphabetically automatically.

So the only way to group them, is to give them new group headings (ie 2. Appearance & 3. Behavior.
