UI does not resize when window is resized #2

Bug: UI elements do not resize when the window is resized, leaving scrollbars cropped out

Steps to reproduce: Resize the UI window (make the width narrower)

Thank you for pointing this bug out!

We believe that his bug severity is low as opposed to medium, given by the following definition

The application's use is intended to be at full screen. This bug only appears when resizing past a certain width - we should have limited the minimum width of the window. A simple resize to enlarge the application window would solve the issue for the user. Therefore, this problem would only cause minor inconvenience in one off situations when the user attempts this, instead of occasional inconvenience, rendering it as a Severity.Low tag.
